Welcome to the City of White Salmon Online Permit Center!
The online portal accepts PDF file types up to 200 megabytes. Two hard copies of the building/remodel plans are still required to be mailed or dropped off at City Hall.
Through the Online Permit Center, you can apply for building permits and land-use applications, check the status of existing permits and land-use applications, request inspections, and access reference materials.
Office Hours
White Salmon City Hall’s office hours are Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, closed during the lunch hour, 12 to 1 pm, and federal holidays.
Business License
The City of White Salmon has partnered with the Washington Department of Revenue for business licensing, and the city's endorsement is now obtained/renewed online at www.dor.wa.gov. All contractors, including subcontractors, must have an active city business license. You can also contact DOR at 360-705-6741 if you need help. The new city business license/endorsement fee is $75.00/$50.00 renewal.
